Set up with your PIN
Add your pet's name, type and notes with the PIN printed on your tag's packaging. You set it up in your browser with the PIN.

Anyone who finds your pet taps the tag
They hold an NFC phone near the tag and your pet's page opens in their browser. No app to install.

The finder can send you a message from the page. If you've turned on lost mode, you also get an email when the tag is scanned.

Questions
Which phones work?
Phones with NFC can read the tag. The finder holds the phone near the tag and your pet's page opens. A phone without NFC can't read the tag. Some Android phones need NFC switched on in their settings first.
What does a finder see?
Your pet's name, type and any notes you add, plus your name. Your phone number shows only if you turn it on. It's off by default. Your email is never shown. The finder can also send you a message from the page.
How does privacy work?
You choose what the page shows. Finders can message you without seeing your phone number. Lost mode alerts include at most an approximate area, never who scanned the tag or their exact location. To see how we handle your order details, read our privacy notice.
How do I pay and get my tag?
Send an order request with the form below. We'll message you to confirm payment by GCash, Maya or cash on delivery, and to arrange delivery, including the courier and the delivery fee.
